All of our technicians and service management team attend factory training seminars. This ensures our service department is kept up to date on the latest equipment and diagnostic procedures used to repair your vehicle right the first time.

Service Equipment
Xtreme Machines's service equipment is the best on the market. The tire machine can handle anything from monster 28" ATV tires to chrome street wheels. All composite parts are used to hold and clamp the wheel, making it very safe for chrome and painted rims. The high-speed computerized wheel balancer is accurate to 1/10 of an ounce. We have color wheel weights to match almost any wheel; chrome, red, black, white, and silver.
Watercraft Test Tanks
Our watercraft test tank is used to properly diagnose problems that only occur when you’re out on the water; such as overheating, poor acceleration, or misfiring. It also allows us to check our work, so when you get to the water you can be sure the problem is fixed.

Ron has been with the company since March 2009! He currently switches it up between his Triumph Tiger 900, Ninja 500, and a Sportsman 500. Ron has 18 years in power sport experience, and has been an avid rider since 1971! When he’s not at work, Ron enjoys camping with family and friends. He also hosts Ron’s Rides once a month in season! Brad’s been here since March of 2021! He’s currently seen darting around on a 2012 GSX-R600. He grew up riding dirtbikes and ATV’s and got his motorcycle endorsement when he turned 18. In 2003, he got his first GSX-R600 (clearly a favorite!), and has had multiple bikes since then from street bikes to super motos. When he’s not behind the service counter, he likes “long walks on the beach”, fishing, hunting, and making “dumb” videos on Instagram (@NJ_supermoto)!

Stacy’s been tearing it up since day one here at Xtreme Machines as our new Service Writer.
When she’s off the clock, you can catch her cruisin’ around on her custom JAWS themed Can-Am Spyder F3 Special Series. But don’t let the three wheels fool you... Stacy grew-up riding quads, utv's and dirt bikes in the woods of Sussex County her entire life. So, I think it’s safe to say that she clearly has a passion for ALL types of powersports.

Bill has been with our company since April 2014! Bill’s been a motorcycle enthusiast since he was a kid. He got his first bike at 21 and rode for 3 years as his only form of transportation. He can appreciate all makes and models! When he’s not delivering units all over the state (and neighboring!) Bill practices archery with a Recurve bow, and loves to play poker for money - or fun!

Gary joined the team in June of 2022 and he buzzes around on a 1990 Suzuki Katana 600. He graduated Lincoln Tech for automotive in 2014 and is a certified BRP, Ducati, Polaris, and Kawasaki tech! He’s been our go-to watercraft guy since he started! When he’s not getting his hands dirty, he’s getting his hands dirty – doesn’t matter if it’s mud, street, or rock, he likes to have fun and “maybe break some stuff”.

Marcus joined our service team in February of 2022. His go-to ride is his 1982 Honda CB900F! He has four years of technician experience under his belt here, and has worked on bikes and ATV’s since he was young. He also mastered the track racing in ATV Motocross!

Jose started here in June 2023. He picks from an assortment of rides – including a Honda CBR600RR, Kawasaki KZ125, Honda CRF450R, Yamaha YFZ450, and a Kawasaki ZX9R! While he builds his technician experience here, he’s also done a few engine rebuilds, and small restorations. When not at work, Jose enjoys his time with Motocross and Off-roading!
