"I owned a 2001 H/D Sportster which I bought new, and put 49,000 miles on. I have been a RiderCoach for last 4 years and decided it was time to move up to a larger bike. I looked around for months at many different bikes. The only way I could get a new bike was to pay for it outright, momma said no financing, and as usual she was right. I was looking online one night and saw a picture of my new bike, a 2007 Roadstar Midnight Silverado, 0 miles. All my Harley friends called me a heretic. I came to Xtreme Machines several times over the course of deciding on my purchase and Mo my salesman was always the consumate professional and very nice to me. Getting on this bike was like moving from a volkswagon to a Caddie. It rides like a dream, and what power, really nice. I took it easy as I broke my baby in. One morning on the way home from work at 3:30 AM I hit a large buck broadside at about 45-50 mph. I was wearing good gear which probably saved my life, though I hurt for a while (no broken bones). my baby sustained $5000 worth of damage. My insurance Co. wanted me to have my bike repaired at a collision shop. I said no way, and had it sent the next day to Xtreme Machines, my dealer. Paul in Service took care of everything for me, from insurance adjusters to obtaining the necessary parts for my repairs. I got my bike back after several weeks, I had 1379 miles on it when I hit that friggen deer. I now have over 1700 miles and it looks and runs like the day I picked it up. I am by nature a cynical person, and have a hard time trusting dealers and mechanics. Xtreme Machines has treated me like a member of the family since my purchase, I am very impressed with their operation and hope to remain a loyal customer for many years and miles to come.
My bike is no longer my baby, I have appropriately named it Deer Slayer.

I could see that these guys were very knowledgeable from the way they did the pre-service inspection. Just wanted to say thanks for the flexibility you showed while working with me on the drop of and the pick up of my bike.
It started when you were leaving well after Xtreme Machines closed that one day when you found me looking for the non-existent key drop off location. You took my keys and info and went back to work to process my bike in.
Last Thursday I had planned to be there before the 7pm closing to pick it up (as you and I had discussed) but got stuck at the dentist. I was able to txt message my friend from the dentist chair and he was able to call you and work out arrangements for me to pick the bike up after 7pm.

"I just had my '07 Vulcan Nomad dyno redone, this time done best way, by the eddy current. I noticed improved torque and smoothness throughout all gears. This should be made into an upgrade package for anyone wanting to get the most from their bike when adding performance parts.

"Generally, it is very difficult to find experienced service professionals who are honest, trained, who pay close attention to the details, and truly care about both the motorcycle and customer satisfaction. That's not the case at Xtreme.
Paul and Dan in service far exceeded my expectations recently when I brought in my 2006 Stratoliner S for maintenance and service. They are fantastic! Paul took the time to explain all the details, provide a fair, accurate, detailed, and complete written estimate for my service (the final bill was within $10 of the estimate - that's great!). Dan was absolutely exceptional in performing the service with a fine eye for detail. The bike was returned to me quickly and flawlessly. It was as clean as when I left it (which was spotless) and in perfect working order.

"I own a 2005 Roadstar Silverado 1700 that just didn't perform the way I would have liked until Steve from service got a hold of it. He installed a carb jet kit, K&N air filter and tuned it for aftermarket pipes. I installed a set of Cobra Deluxe Slash Cut pipes and it's not the same bike. This cruiser can haul with the best of the best now. Power galore, excellent drivability, it's like a whole different bike. I can't say enough good things about Steve he did what he said he would and the bike runs great. Thanks Steve!"

"I have to say this was the best money I have ever spent on my bike in the last 4yrs... Last season I took my bike in for its normal every year service, I need to get the clutch bled for some stupid reason. But last year I went a bit different, I tried Xtreme instead of the normal place I used to go. A good buddy said he had some work done that was worth the price, was he right! Xtreme did brakes, tires, tune up, oil change, battery, and yes... the clutch! The bike ran great last year! So this year when my wife started yearning to get my bike out of the garage and in the shop for the normal too much money, we where both Xtremely happy when not only did the bike fire right up, but it was the first time since I have had the bike that it did not need a bit of work!!! I have to say the guys I talked to at the counter, Jason Z and Mike Roberts could not have done a better job explaining what needed to get done, but were actually nice to deal with!!! "I was out tearing up my favorite roads in Hunterdon County when my battery went completely dead on me. I was lucky enough to die at the boat launch area of Round Valley reservoir, where Steve Abel happened to be wrapping up a day of fishing on the lake. He saw me exhausting myself trying to push start my bike (unsuccessfully), then introduced himself and told me he was a tech at Xtreme Machines and could more than likely help me out. He had a little battery he had been running his fish finder off of (I think..?) and offered it to me to get me up and running so I could get home. With the help of a few other passerbys, we got my battery out and swapped it with the one from his boat (my bike was without a tool kit). It fit perfectly, and my GSXR fired right up without hesitation. I gave Steve what little I had to offer, and he was just happy to help a fellow rider out. I was very lucky to break down in such a spot, and I want to thank Mr. Abel for making it possible for my bike and I to make it back home that day. The first time I went was for some dyno time. Because of schedule conflicts that I had, they (Xtreme) went above and beyond to accommodate me. I really appreciated the guys staying late for me. I was a first time customer and they really exceeded all of my needs as a customer.
My second visit was just as enjoyable. After speaking with the guys from parts on the telephone the day before I decided to buy my tires and have service mount/balance them. They remembered me after only being there once. Service made sure I was happy with the work and treated me as well as they did my first visit. The parts guys and I even discussed my tire selection a bit more in detail. I felt like the customer support I got was world class!

"Ok..this place is motorcycle heaven on earth. I'm on the NJ turnpike heading to NYC from Pennsylvania doing about 90 on my Yamaha Warrior. I feel this drag on the rear tire, pull over and I find 3 huge holes in my rear tire. (This was about 5:30pm on a Friday night). By the time the State Troopers and the tow truck came, it was 8pm and every bike store was closed. So after getting towed to a local gas station and crashing in a dive motel for the night, the next morning, I CALLED EVERY BIKE SHOP IN SOTHERN NJ and no one had my rear tire. The last place I called was Xtreme Machines...and what do you know? Not only did they have the tire, but they told me to bring the bike in and they would put it on right there on the spot. "I would like to take this opportunity to comment on the service of the employees at the shop. I came down to Xtreme Machines because I had read on a few motorcycle forums that the Shop was both full of accessories, had a dyno and had a friendly and helpful staff.
I decided to take a ride down to the shop last Saturday. I live in Northern NJ (Totowa). The trip took about 40-50 minutes. I have to say the trip was worth every minute. I wish this shop was closer!
Many of the shops up here employ people that do not know want they are talking about or who have little to no people skills. Your shop has changed my mind on what a dealership can provide.
I enjoyed my visit so much that I took another ride down on Wed to exchange some items and to pick up a few more parts I needed for the bike.
On my 2 separate visits I had the please to deal with 3 of your staff.

"Xtreme is the best place EVER!!!! I love this place. I have an rm85l and I wanted to get a full service done, put on a pro circuit platinum pipe, and r 304 shorty silencer, and pro-taper bars and the works. I figured maybe about a week like other dealers used to be but my dad brought the bike in on Thursday, and they had to order the pipe and Chris Prenderville called me Friday and said to come and to pick it up!! My family has bought many things from here including a sea-doo rxt, suzuki quadsport z400 sdg speed mini ahah fun time. These have all been very good machines all they need now is some bad ass ski-doo snowmobiles."

"I brought my worked kfx 400 to extreme machines, think they would be like every other dealer and not get to it in two weeks. Boy!, i was wrong, the next day they found out my problem (clutch plates had burnt out) and the next day the new clutch kit was installed. Yes, i can ride this weekend!!! I am really satisfied with the work, i brought the quad in tuesday of this week and they called saying it was done on thursday. Two days, man i am surprised. "I just wanted to say that my family has just purchased a sea-doo rxt.This ski is AMAZING i can not say enough about it its stable,super fast,reliable,comfortable,easy to drive,and great in choppy water. My cousin owns a 1999 ultra 150 that we always thought was the best but it does even compare to my rxt. My family bought a xlt1200 from Chris P. and still have it and that thing used to seem so fast, but again it doesnt compare. "I used to go to other dealers but cause of chris P I went into the store and was amazed at the invetory. Your service is alot better cause you have real machanics, and the bikes dont sit outside. I have a Rm 85L and when i brought it in for service it would start 2nd kick and sputter for about 5 seconds. Now it starts up first kick every time and is clear from start to finish. "I went last Tuesday for the first time to check out Xtreme Machines. As soon as I walked in my eyes opened up like a kid in a candy store. The way this place is set up is amazing. You see bikes everywhere you look and this place is HUGE!! I walked around the whole place and everyone working is so helpful. I finally made my way upstairs to look at some helmets. The selection of helmets are insane! The prices are very reasonable also. Well when I got there I asked an employee (a girl) about some of the boots. Her knowlegde of bikes amazed me! I was very impressed. Well comes to it, I bought the boots wore them out and tied my sneakers to the back of my bike! All in all, this place has won my heart over and I will be there a lot more to get my accesories. Best of luck with everything, and I will be sending all of my buddies to Xtreme Machines."
