AVOID OFF-ROAD CONFISCATION

Finding off-road riding is getting tougher and tougher in NJ. We’ve got our fingers crossed, but until things change, we’ve discovered a Band-Aid. Simply register your ATV/ Side-by-Side (this will also help you in out of state riding parks).

NJ ATV / Side-by-Side registration is only $17! If you’re found riding in a restricted area, by registering it shows you’re trying to do the right thing. You may get a summons or warning, but we’ve found this effort often helps to avoid confiscation and impound fees.

To register you’ll need the Certificate of Origin and insurance. We offer “A” rated Pacific Specialty and in most cases annual premiums are:

Liability Only Coverage - less than $85 (Includes passenger)

Liability/ Comprehensive - less than $125 (Comp – theft, disaster, etc.)

Liability/ Comp/ Collision - less than $250 (Collision – cosmetic damage)
